DISC Profile
The DISC Profile is a multi-level learning instrument that helps individuals assess the degree to which they use each measured dimension of behavior in situations. The behavioral dimensions are D for Dominant, I for Influencing, S for Steady Relating and C for Cautious Thinking. You cannot pass or fail the assessment and there are no “right” or “wrong” answers. The DISC does not determine job fit, job fitness or success. It does identify behavior patterns, style, traits and “type.”
The DISC. model was developed by William Moulton Marston and influence by Carl Jung.
